Silli MeTM Travel Tubes - Silicone travel tubes can be used to hold shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, lotion, suntan lotion, liquid soaps, hand sanitizer, or other travel essentials of low-to-medium viscosity. They are not recommended for oil-based products or products that contain silicone. The bottles are soft and easy-to-squeeze, yet very durable. They can be washed in the top rack of the dishwasher; however, it is best to wash the cap by hand. Users of silicone tubes have found that it is best not to fill the tubes completely to the top to avoid leaks associated with changes in air pressure while flying. Store the tubes in a plastic bag that can be zipped shut. Our Travel Tubes come in a clear travel bag that zips closed. Travel Tubes are made from FDA food-grade silicone. Due to the porous nature of silicone, some fluids can react with it (e.g. will become "watery" or dry out). Please keep in mind that the Travel Tubes are for traveling and not recommended for long-term storage of products. If you are uncertain about whether your product is appropriate for a Travel Tube, please take the time to test it out overnight or pack it separately in a leak-proof bag.
