Just apply to the skin using a soft cloth, diaper wipe or cotton pad and pat dry -- no rinsing needed. The Sea Squirts includes a whale penguin starfish and other sea creatures. The squirts sink when they are filled with water. It is suitable for children from 9 years and above.
